    Why would I have these green lines appear above my grass? anyone.

    you probably have the texture set to repeat. It could be the pixel on the bottom. Try to set it to clamp.

    This comes from your other detail textures you uses in your terrain. I have this issue too. You have to remove a few pixels at the bottom and make them transparent. Just try out how many pixels you will need. Is isnt enough to remove on the grass texture but also on the other details you have in your terrain.
