How long does it typically take for a support response? We have an old and new pro subscription after taking the upgrade to new pro offer, and have sent support a request for assistance but after a week there's been no response.

In addition, previous messages to support (over a month ago) got no reply. Does unity even have support, or just a bot that deletes all the emails about people getting ripped off?

If anyone else has idea or advice regarding a duplicate subscription, it's costing almost 400 a month, so suggestions would be appreciated.

    Regards,
    Topaz

In my experience, license related queries have a response within 48 hours, and other things within a week. I don't remember anything taking longer than that.

I know I'm over 2 years late to the party but, I'm running into similar slow support replies. Sometimes its quick and sometimes it takes close to a week. Then the replies are vague and hard to understand. I ask for clarification and it takes another week to get anywhere. I would love it if unity would devote a more resources to support when it comes to financial issues. I seem to usually get quick technical support.

If you need quick response times, consider premium support. I was always happy with the premium support response times and help.
