Question Unity Support not responding a week+

I made a support request on february 23rd and it has not received even a "sorry for the waiting time" notice since. Is this normal?
I usually get my answers on this forum but nobody could help me with this particular issue so I submitted a ticket to get help, but nobody is replying. And I seriously need this issue resolved ASAP.

They're quite swamped. Response time has increased drastically ver the years. For me once it took 48 days to get a response to a question I already forgot I asked.

 

Yes. Unpaid support will take a considerable amount of time to get a response back. Based off of every post I've read over the past couple of years I'd expect at least two weeks before you get a response.

Yep, they did, that wasn't the problem - only the response time.
