Unity Student and Personal Question

As a student I was looking at signing up for a unity student license but I was wondering if others around me could collaborate on with a personal license, the TOS says you can’t but how does unity student fit into that picture?

With Unity Student, you're actually getting a Unity Pro license. Same restrictions would apply.
