Unity Standard Assets HumanoidAnimations error with my rigged fbx model

    I'm trying to apply the Unity Standard Assets mecanim HumanoidAnimation to a rigged character.
    That's the rigged avatar skeleton:

    I have no missing(yellow error) in Animations tab, but the character is half in ground and half outside the ground. In the Unity model importer, in Rigg tab I set it to Humanoid with 4-standard bones
