Unity Splash Screen is pure white and skipped.

I have upgraded my project from 5.3.4 to the 5.4.0b17 and I don't really remember what I did to the settings around and all I see is a white screen that last nearly 1 second and it start my own personal game intro straight.

I am using the free edition with the splashscreen turn on by default.
It looks like I broke your splash screen. Maybe it is just my computer... I don't know.

It sounded like I earn a free incentive to skip the intro screen that some people actually doesn't like.

Hmm. My project settings doesn't really match his repro steps.

I might just play around to see how to repro mine and let them know.
