That's why I always think I should backup whole project everyday, but human can forget.

    and it happen.

So yesterday I worked as normally, save well, close unity well. No problem at all as normal.

But today I opened project, suddenly unity start to reimport all asset, I wait, and finally opened, and Bang! My scene file I worked disappeared.

It completely lost, I losed whole days work back to backuped day.

This had happened sometimes at unity, and it still exist.

I suspect this is because meta file system, this make me really crazy.

Sounds like you could use Unity Pro's cloud features.

Don't blame Unity, blame yourself, for not having source control.

Beginner-level Source Control, for each project, takes a few minutes to setup. You can sign up to BitBucket for free (to host your code/files) and download SourceTree (To act as a graphical interface and visualise what is happening) for free:
    https://bitbucket.org/
    http://www.sourcetreeapp.com/

And both are really easy to navigate and use!; and of course there are many other alternatives varying on what your preferences and needs are. However, if you have never ever used Source Control before, it might be worth reading this crash-course guide on it: http://betterexplained.com/articles/a-visual-guide-to-version-control/

This happens sooner or later. Sometimes anti-virus randomly removes your assets, sometimes materials and prefabs are sometimes you just realized you have screwed up the whole code while trying to optimize it.

You should've never relied on luck, always do a backup especially if it's a very large project.

    Look up the following

    Git - Source control engine
BitBucket or Github - Online service to store your git repository
SmartGit - Good GUI for using Git, much easier than command line

You can use it for anything in a Unity project, all your assets, source code etc.
It is not limited to source code only.

It's a build service and not a backup storage . Also it requires the user to have the project under source control :)

Ah. Cloud building, but not storage. That's gonna take a while to sink in.
