Hello. I loaded a model into the unity but model looks too fake. VERY UGLY. Lighting looks very bad.
No textures. I have been playing around almost 3 days with shaders but no luck.
What should i do? Check out the photo. Top is in Unity and the bottom one is exactly what i have been looking for.
Maybe i should change a setting in directional light?
How can i make my model exactly like in the bottom picture?
It looks good in Unreal Engne and CryEngne.

    I uploaded the model also.

Read the manual on baking GI. Add some AO.

I don't like also Unity lighting system, there aren't any presets or anything, very difficult with standard assets (but possible) to do HQ graphics.
Try adding antialiasing for edges and bake materials in textures in the renderer of the bottom picture, so you can have exactly the same results.

Can you bake the light map?
