Unity screen goes completly black after i hit run

My screen around the camera gets completly black instead of getting hued, dont know how to fix, tried unistalling a couple of times with different versions and didn't fix it, also tried installing on local disk D and still didn't fix it.
Also to make it go away i have to hit run again.
Didn't show this problem at first,
Using community version

 

One possibility is that the Playmode Tint color is set to black. Normally you would set this color to a color to alter the way the UI looks when you hit Play, but if it's somehow set to a color like black it'll completely darken the UI.

Click Edit -> Preferences then Colors in the dialog box followed by Use Defaults.
