Unity remote do not work with 2019.3

    I have a problem with a Unity remote with Unity 2019.3.4f1. When I hit play nothing happens on my device. I have tested with two devices. Here are my Editor settings: settings.PNG
    Both devices are detected when they are connected in build settings: build.PNG

    Am I missing something?

    I got mine to work by activating "developer mode" on my phone and then installing a USB driver on my PC depending on the type of phone.

    I have developer mode and driver for samsung will check for xaomi
