Unity Reflect Viewer and Unity Hub login trouble

    Hello,
    I have installed the Unity Reflect Viewer and on launching it being asked to log in. This opens the following link in the default browser window (tried this with chrome as well as edge with similar issue) and does not do anything else and does not prompt to sign in. I have disabled all pop-up/ad blockers and restarted system multiple times as well as cleaned browser cache. I have also assigned the company seat to my unity ID. Same issue is happening with Unity hub ver. 2.4.5 and it is unable to log in.
    Any help will be appreciated.
