Unity Reflect Issue on Desktop

I am an architectural draftsman and I'm trying to get started with unity Reflect. Not sure what I'm doing wrong but I cannot get my projects to open in the reflect viewer. I am running unity reflect version 1.3.0 and I've tried exporting the project from Revit using the local and cloud option. I am able to find and load these projects on the iPhone app - just not on the desktop viewer.

There is one project loaded and when I click on the options it says remove from device but that button is not working. I think maybe reflect needs an update but I'm not sure how to do that.
