Unity Recorder not showing up in Unity 2018.3.4 after import

    I am trying to record an animation using Unity Recorder version 1.0.2, but after downloading, importing it simply doesn't show up under Windows > General or anywhere else. I noticed this is happening with other plug-ins as well.
