Resolved Unity Project Won't load anymore

Hello,

my project is taking hours on start-up. The editor shows no response in task manager which reveals it is an endless loop. I already tried to start with a new Version of Unity, but the problem still remains. I dont know what to do next, I attached photos in this thread. Yesterday, I let it "load" about 2 hours, but the editor did not respond. I also tried to get rid off storage of my SSD, but I have about 50 gbs left which should be enough to load some assets and packages.

Edit: Opening other scenes/projects is working, there is no endless loading loop.
Edit 2: I deleted the library folder. I let everything been newly imported by now reopening the project!
Edit 3: Got it working again, resolving the packages by deleting the library folder did the job!
