Bug Unity problem

I have a problem with Unity:

I have a problem when I run the project, it says that Unity is running as administrator, although I did not run it, but there is an option "Run as a normal user" or take a chance and run something there.

But when I click "Run as standard user" this window closes and then reappears and Unity doesn't start as normal user.

I have seen in all Unity files (Unity Hub, Unity 2022.3.5f1) settings and there is no setting to run as administrator (shortcuts also).

This error only appeared when I installed a new version of Unity (2022.3.5f1) and replaced the version of my project from 2020 (I don’t remember exactly) with 2022.3.5f1, and I don’t have other antiviruses besides Windows Defender, so I don’t know how to solve.

How i can fix it? (ping me if you know)

 

What errors occur when you run as a normal user? the log file should assist you with this. Can you make a blank project rather than maybe open one thats a few years old?

 

This project was created a week ago already, but for some reason when I changed the version, this happened.

Where can I find the error log?

Note, I dont want your error log. But as a programmer it should provide you with information that will lead you
