Bug Unity Pro License not recognized by older versions of Unity

    Unity 2018 is not recognizing my active pro license. It thinks I'm using Unity personal and will not kick a build without the splash screen. If I go to help > manage license it takes me to hub, which is showing a perfectly active pro license. I'm using windows 11.

    Does anyone have experience with this?

    well if anyone gets this, solution 3 from this fixed it for me.
