    Hello,
I don't know exactly where I have to post my question.
I work in a company where 2 developers use Unity3D, and the income is > 200'000$.
We work with 4 contractors designers.

We subscribed to 3 Unity Pro license , but we need more space and more Collaborate Seats.

Do we need to subscribe to 6 Unity Pro license, or 2 Unity Pro license is enough ?
I understood we have to pay 9$ per month for each seat.

I don't think you need any Pro licenses to use Collaborate. You just need Unity Teams, and a seat for everyone. That's what we have. We have one Plus license at the moment, to make builds without the splash screen, but the rest are free licenses so far. Until we start making any money ;)

HI @GBionicsSA! If you need additional seats or storage then you can purchase both from https://unity3d.com/get-teams.

You can also add them by navigating to your Organization's page on id.unity.com, then clicking on the Subscriptions & Services tab to take you to your current subscriptions, which lists Unity Teams (where you can Manage Seats and either assign existing seats or add more) or Manage Storage if you already have a Storage Pack (so that you can add or remove storage if needed).

Thank you, but you don't answer to my question.

I will purchase 3 more Collaborate seats for sure.

    Hi -

Given the scenario you described, all members of your team must be using Pro. The contractors could have purchased Pro separately, though.

I think the "No Mixing or Co-mingling" section in the terms of service is a good reference for this: https://unity3d.com/legal/terms-of-service/software
