Unity Pro licence expired prematurely

    When my govt department last renewed Unity Pro, it was done via invoice and the Australian Unity sales rep (initials P.B.). for 2 years.
    We have a receipt from Unity showing it was paid for 2 years.
    We were provided with a serial number.
    That serial number has expired after just one year.

    Unity support has repeatedly refused to assist because it was paid by invoice, and state we must contact the Australian representative.
    The Australian sales rep has gone AWOL, with all emails bouncing.

    Anyone know who the current Australian sales representative is ?

    Oops. :)

    Maybe support can at least look up the current Australian rep's contact info.

    Unity support claim they do not know who the Australian rep is.

    Really quite shameful that we do the right thing and pay to licence the product, and get zero support.

    Was your previous rep a Unity employee or a third party vendor that was selling licenses for Unity? Either way, sorry to hear about it. If it was a third party vendor, maybe there's another vendor in the area who can look up your info and take over your account. (I don't even know if Unity does third party vendor licenses. These are just my thoughts from experience in the non-game corporate world.)

    He was Unity employee, going around with Adam (Gaia) promoting Unity to government agencies. I'll start spamming Unity on social media and see how far we get :)

    Maybe A2K Technologies can assist. They're on the resellers list that Lurking-Ninja helpfully posted above.

    It is my understanding this got resolved last night. Let me know if that isn't the case.
