I happened to check on the installed programs on my windows 10... I Found TWO versions unity hubs? v2.0.1 plus the last version. Seriously? Any serious software editor will at least offer to uninstall the old version before installing the new one! I know you're busy and noone at Unity wants to work on that. But don't you wipe your butt before going out? no-ones likes doing that, but that's what human do.

    1) okay, let's uninstall the older version... works. Cool.

    2) start unity hub... not found!?

    3) ARRRRGHH the two versions are actually pointing the same desintaller. Now it's desinstalled and the old version is sticking there. WWWWWHYYYYYY on earth do you install two versions in parallel? unityBug.png

    4) OKKKKKKAAAAYYY i'll will patch my windows Registry to delete the older version. Neat.

    5) OKAY now I need to reinstall Unity Hub.... nowhere to be found browsing the website. not found with a Google search. Okay, I'll launch Unity to install from there...
and then, there is.... a windows '95 style alert message box with the URL where it's supposed to be found. no link, no button. I NEED TO WRITE DOWN ON A PIECE OF PAPER THE WHOLE URL and retype it in a browser. AAAARGH that's the whole thing that make me mad about unity : everything is a f/**** struggle.

    Unity in 2020.

Your points are worth exploring, and we appreciate you bringing them up, but the way you're communicating is a bit rude. Your feedback will be passed on to the Hub team but we would ask for a level of professionalism and civility in future posts. Furthermore, the best way to get issues like these addressed is by submitting a bug report for them. Thank you.
