Unity Performance Reporting forum needs a description

    The name of the Unity Performance Reporting forum causes a lot of confusion. People post there about the performance of Unity Editor/Engine itself instead of the service, due in part to not having a description on the forum to say what it is for.
    Perhaps also rename the forum to Unity Performance Reporting Service.
