Unity package manager got stuck while resolving packages

I am new in unity and today I downloaded the unity editor and opened Lego project, then suddenly unity package manager got stucked on resolving packages. I waited for 15-20 minutes but nothing was happening. Then I was trying to close that window but that also was not working and I had to direct shutdown my pc.
Please help, and tell what can be the problem.

 

Hey there. While importing the package, are you noticing any system activity in your task manager? I would only be alarmed if it's importing and your system remains idle.
