Unity Package Manager Error

Often times, when I run Unity, it displays the following message:
Could not establish a connection with the Unity Package Manager local server process. ... etc.



When I restart the device it often solves the problem. Other times I have to restart the device several times to solve the problem.

Thank you UnityMaru , I have tried it, and now everything is fine. But I cannot guarantee if the problem has been solved completely, because as I told you previously, this error does not always appear.
In the future, if the same issue occurs, I will tell you so. Otherwise, the problem has been permanently resolved.

 

Unfortunately, the problem still exists. For information, this problem appears much more when using the 2019 version, compared to the 2018 version.

This is a known issue, that we're planning on solving soon-ish, and backport it to 2020.2, and 2019.4, we're also checking 2020.1.
