Unity Package Manager Error

    Due to the nature of my work, I often have 2 or more projects open. Since I upgraded to 2020.1 I've been noticing this error window popping up quite often, when loading the project:

    In the recent days I started to notice a pattern, it seems this message is shown when there's a project already open. Some times this is solved by retying, however I haven't seen this when I open the first project, independently of which project it is or what Unity version it uses.

    Not knowing the code, and without any idea of how it works, it seems to me that the problems is that when you have several versions of Unity, you'll have also various servers running, each one of them competing for the same port, and the client and server deal with this problem in a different way.
