Unity Package Manager Error

Hello,

i have moved to an old computer and trying to open a project to work on it.
the only thing i get each time is this:


I alredy tryed to delete autodesk package, especting an update, but it seems that it only reuse always the same.

 

I made an empty project to test package manager, and it works perfectly...

i think i fund.

the firewall was locking Unity to do his job.
