Unity Package Manager Error while launching editor

    Tried to run diagnostics and got everything passed. It became like this since some day, was working well before. We have same setup on multiple clients in the office, but only this build machine is failing. Tried a few different editor versions, 2019.2.8f1, 2019.2.11f1 and 2020.1.0a11. environment is windows 10.

    Can anyone help to solve it? Thanks!
