Unity Package Manager Error (Could not establish a connection with the Unity Package Manager)

    I am using unity since last few months on my MacBook Pro since last few months.
    Suddenly I started facing package manager error. I also tried reinstalling Unity but that did not solve the issue. There is no change in my setup or OS. I am using Unity version 2019.3.15f1

    ERROR
    Could not establish a connection with the Unity Package Manager local server process. This is most likely due to a proxy or firewall configuration. Make sure the process [/Users/gauraug/Unity/2019.3.15f1/Unity.app/Contents/Resources/PackageManager/Server/UnityPackageManager] is reachable via HTTP on the IP address 127.0.0.1.

    Its very urgent for me. Appreciate your help.
