Unity Ouster Lidar Viewer plugin (wip)

    (Adding placeholder here while still working on this asset..)

    Initial features
    - PCAP player (+streaming from disk for large pcap files)
    - Live stream viewer (UDP connection from device)
    - Supported devices: OS2 32, firmware 2.3.0 *this will be first model, rest of the models are added after that
    - Builtin render pipeline (but works in URP already i think, and few modifications for HDRP)

    Planned features later:
    - Rest of the models
    - URP/HDRP support
    - 2D image view (like what ousters own tools have)
    - Check firmware updates (2.4), it had some changes, not sure if affect data
    - VR support (initial version probably works already in regular vr though)
    - Android/Quest support for pcap playback (this might work in first release already)
    - More? (feel free to comment)

    Current preview (pcap player for their sample file)

    Planned release date:
    End of 2022 (*might take several weeks for new asset review though)
    End of 2023

    Price:
    (Planned around at ~175usd)

    Fixed "final" parsing/position issues, starting to prepare initial docs, asset store assets etc.

    Currently supported models are:
    - "OS0-128, OS1-128, OS2-128 Dual Return"
    - "OS0-32, OS1-32, OS2-32 Low data"

    (but adding more models should be simple now, so they are coming. going to update that initial and planned features list later)

    Wow, how i forgot to update this post this year? : |

    Currently still in private beta for few users,
    once they confirm that live streaming works, i'll push to store.

    Also those old models are now marked legacy by Ouster,
    so i've added support for:
    RNG15_RFL8_NIR8, RNG19_RFL8_SIG16_NIR16 (as those are new default formats in v3.x)
