Bug Unity on multi-monitor

OK, so I'm running GNOME, I've got a laptop and a second external monitor. My laptop sits on the desk and the monitor is above it, and so it is set in my configuration too.

However, Unity is having trouble with that. Although it does open the home screen on the monitor in the mouse, it opens the editor and every window associated with it (asset choose, colour chooser) on the top monitor. The GTK file dialogs and the add component popup thankfully aren't affected.

Also, the Edit menu, which is exceptionally large, opens to the top of the screen, screenshot: Snímka obrazovky z 2015-08-31 09-16-02.png
