Unity not static batching meshes ("Objects are lightmapped.") even though they use the same lightmap

    Hey so I'm on Unity 2021.2.19f1, and my scene isn't being static batched even though the different mesh renderers being shown are all using the same exact lightmaps. The frame debugger tells me they wont batch because "Objects are lightmapped." What??

    As you can see in the screenshots I'm selecting both polySurface435 and polySurface425, you can see they both use the same textures and lightmaps, the same material, yet they won't batch.
