Unity Not Loading Past Initial Load Screen

Hello all!

I've been having this issue for a few years now actually, but kept quitting Unity due to it. Every time I come back I manage to have the same issue regarding loading Unity. I try to load the executable and I get stuck on the loading screen. To my knowledge, this is due to the Node.js bundle having difficulties making a successful GET request for its necessary NPM packages. I've tried deleting all of the appdata under every single folder I could find and Unity registries. I clean installed it and still have the same issue. If someone knows of a solution for this I'd greatly appreciate the help!

What OS and Unity version do you use?

You could check if Unity created an editor.log file and post it here, perhaps in contains a few clues.
