Unity not loading in object I've put into the program

I updated my Unity a few weeks ago now and since that update I haven't been able to load the main project I was working on. None of the characters, enemies, blocks, background, etc. are showing that they aren't even in the project.
I have downgraded and upgraded the Unity software I was using multiple times and that isn't working, I have also reimported all the assets to see if that would work with no success.

If anyone knows what I should do to fix this I would greatly appreciate it.

You probably need to start small, taking a simple scene, and showing what's not working. Not much anyone here can do for you without a better description of the issue. Maybe show a screenshot of the problem.

 

What errors are you getting?

 

I'm not getting any error messages or anything I'll upload photos later.
