Unity not downloading v 2018.2.2 onto Mac osx 10.9.5

    HI, tried to download latest version onto my mac system running Mavericks 10.9.5. The webpage says that Unity v2018.2.2 has a minimum system requirement of mac OSX 10.9.+ so does anyone understand what I'm doing wrong?

    System Requirements for Unity version 2018.2.2
    Released: 3 August 2018
    OS: Windows 7 SP1+, 8, 10; Mac OS X 10.9+.

    Any suggestions welcome, thanks.

    I've just had this same problem. It looks as though the installer app has been written for later versions of OSX.

    You can download the Unity Editor without using the installer app. Just find the page with older versions of Unity, and download the Unity Editor not the Unity Installer. When the package has downloaded, just double click on it to start installing Unity.
