i am a noob, and from a course of unity learn, it was recommended to launch a microgame, and lego was recommended,

i downloaded unity 2019 and unity microgame

i launched the microgame and unity opens after importing things i do not know from its server

but nothing comes on screen, it's empty like an empty 3d project

    here are relevant screen shots

No I'm talking about in the project window inside the Unity editor there is an assets folder and probably a scenes folder inside that.

Not talking about the asset store.

Hi, I have the same problem,
trying to load a learn project with unity hub 3.0.0.-beta5

clicked on open for Lego microgame or fps game
during loading/importing no errors, then the editor 2020.3.19f1 opens up empty, no msg in console.

    Assets folder is empty

no vpn, latest win10, rebooted after install

    any suggestions / ideas?
    thanx

changing release channel to production from beta , restarting unity hub, then launching a project from learn tab , fixed my problem.

I figured it out, when you are on installs, i uninstalled everything there. THen when i reinstalled the 2020.3 then on bottom left you have a text saying "change release channel" click it, select the other. THen restart unity hub, your unity hub will now be white, download leggo mini game and launch and it will be fixed.

Lego refuses to open in Unity and not sure whether I was taken for a ride buying this Unity program.

SOLUTION!!!: I found out that after you download the asset, when creating a project you must download the "LEGO ..." option on the left instead of 2D, 3D, etc. before naming the project and setting a location on the right. It might take a second to load. However, I was able to get the game running. Hope this helps someone else! Would be great it this was uploaded to the text section of Part 2: Get Unity of the Project: Start Learning on the Pathway :Unity Essentials since it is recommended, even though it will explain this process in steps 3-5. It makes it more challenging for those trying to go step-by-step.

I'm having an issue opening the LEGO game as well. Granted, I am literally new of this program as of tonight, I have tried looking up and implementing solutions like reinstalling the program, changing the release channel to beta, and the ones listed above. However, I am only getting this in Unity. Maybe I am just missing something simple, I'm not sure. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thank you! Also, I am running an i9-9900k and GTX 3090 with 32GB of Vengeance Ram on a Gaming MOBO with a 1Tb storage device for Unity. So, I do not think it is a PC compatibility issue. I am using Unity 2020.3... (Apologies for bad grammar usage)

It would be great if you could perhaps include images of what you're talking about here? I'm not sure what you mean by ""LEGO..." option on the left instead of 2d,3d, etc".
