Unity No Longer throws Exceptions

Hi folks.

I'm having an issue where the editor no longer produces exceptions even though the exceptions ARE occuring. i.e. a Null reference exception will occur, yet nothing is logged in the console or to the output log. Any suggestions? And yes, the proper console toggle is set.
