Unity (LTS) 2020.3.2f1 is unavailable despite successful install over 2020.3.0.f1.

    I have Unity LTS (2020.3.0f1) installed and working. I downloaded and "successfully" installed Unity LTS (2020.3.2f1). My project says now says that its "unity version" is 2020.3.2f1, but it also says that this version is not installed. I also do not see 2020.3.2f1 in C:\Program Files\Unity\Hub\Editor. I rebooted my computer, but this did not resolve the issue.
    Tried installing a second time but same issue. It takes a long time to install so I'm not interested in trying that again.
    Is this a Unity bug, when will it be fixed, and is there a quick work-a-round in the meantime?
