Unity logo won't go away

Hi,

I'm developing an app using Unity 2019.3.2f1, I have a pro account.
Unfortunately no matter what I do I can't seem to get rid of the Made with Unity logo at the splash screen.

I've tried altering Splash Image settings in the Project settings with no success.
I still get the grey background with a white Unity logo.

Is this a mandatory thing now? I know I've built apps in the past without it.

I'm building for Oculus Quest.
