Unity Live Help - Application Stuck

    So after several months trying to reach someone from Unity to help me, I've decided to try also on the forum.

    30 MAY - I post my problem (
    I was trying to become and Expert in Unity Live Help website, the problem is that I send the apply like two months ago, and the apply is still in process. I want to know if there is something wrong with the application.

    I will like to add that I want to apply knowing that I’ve more than 2k of reputation in StackOverflow ( which I think is one of the requeriments to be “verified expert”, which I would like to be.

    Result: "Sorry for the inconvinience, we have requested our team in charge to reach out to you".

    09 JUN - Response from one person in the team in charge
    I have received your Unity enquiry.
    Please reach out to - they should be able to assist you from here.

    Result: Posting on the same first place again, telling the same: you can see, it's marked as "Solved"....which is not, what should I do to get some response instead of emailing everyone? ^^
