Unity Lighting for 3D world regions

My company is trying to find a contract Unity lighting expert. We're having difficulty getting great lighting into some of the regions in our 3D photorealistic 3D world. I'm not happy with the shadowing of the avatars in the light, and in general the scenes look unacceptable.

I would love to get some insight as to where I can post a "Help Wanted" or where I can search to find a contractor that has top-notch skills in lighting scenes. We can pay hourly or per-job, and we have a LOT of jobs moving forward.
