Unity License activation error

    I have a Unity license.I tried to activate it manually before a seat for was allocated to me.So it threw me an license error on startup. The problem is that now a seat has been allocated to me but i am still getting this license error everytime on startup.Following is the image of error.

    Even if i click on reactivate nothing happens.
    I have tried solutions like removing internet connection, or deleting .ulf file ; but no luck.
    Is there anyway to activate my license without uninstalling Unity?
