Unity Learn videos area corrupted

    Is anyone else seeing this? In Create with Code 2 Unit 3 video playback is broken. The video plays briefly but then stops with message: "The media playback was aborted due to a corruption problem or because the media used features your browser did not support."
    This happens on Chrome and Safari, and seems to affect all videos, not just the Unit 3 videos.
    I was using Unity Learn without issues on August 15, so this must have started yesterday or today.

    server is definitely struggling to play videos.. i got this quality (after long load time)

    Same for me. Clearing Chrome cash doesn't help.

    I'm seeing the same issue, didn't happen before 3.1. I've started using the instructions under the video, but it helps to visually see some of the things being introduced, especially when getting to character animations. I've been working on the Chrome browser, but I tried in Edge with the same resulte.

    If I didn't understand something I clicked on the video to start it and then again to pause it. I then opened up the transcript below and just kept clicking on the next narratives to find what I was looking for and see if the screen helped or the narrative helped. Hope that helped!

    started getting this yesterday from macOS (Chrome & Safari):
    "The media playback was aborted due to a corruption problem or because the media used features your browser did not support."
    Chrome on PC seems to work for me

    Edit: its actually broken on PC too. the video 'plays' instead of presenting the error above, but the videos are unwatchable. there are a bunch of tears and it skips frequently.

    Same, everything was working until yesterday, tried on different platforms and locations, all the videos are corrupt or fail to play

    Same for me.
    I am based in Italy.
    As of yesterday Thursday 17 August, Unity Learn videos are no longer visible correctly.
    The images appear disturbed, confused, as if there were transmission difficulties.
    I tried to connect with different devices (PC, Android smartphone and iPhone), and also with a fiber connection from different geographical areas, and also with different browsers (Chrome, Edge, Firefox) but the problem persists and is the same.
    It is not possible to use videos, they are corrupted, so I ask Unity technical staff to solve the problem because I have invested months of my time following their pathways.

    Just tried a couple of videos in Chrome, Firefox and Edge, all of them are glitching constantly, and at the same points in the videos regardless of which browser.

    I also sent a request to Unity Support.
    But I'm afraid they won't reply soon, it seems they have many requests in different areas of interest.
    As soon as I have news I'll post it here.

    Thank god it's not just me. That lets me know its a problem on Unity's end and not mine. Same problem started with me yesterday and i have been going crazy trying to figure out if my browser updated and broke something or what the hell happened. Videos are just blurry and skippy and overall not easy to follow; and often just stop working completely midway through.

    Same here! Nothing seems to fix it. Switching browsers, clearing caches, logging out, restarting the computer--none of it works, so it's clearly something on their end.

    Nice, but I would suggest not letting that stop you all in the future if possible. You could still read the narrative of the videos. I think the hardest thing for me was when I got to Quiz 3 and they had the pictures of the animation steps, since I couldn't see what the video was depicting it made those decisions harder and I basically had to intuit the answers.... Got past it though... whew!

    today August 19 it would seem that all the videos have started working properly again.
