Unity Launcher with multiple games

Hello everyone,

I'm trying to find out if there is a way to create something like a launcher within unity which is able to start other unity apps. We are working on a collections of smaller games and we would like to creat something like a launcher. Our first idea was to make one huge project where we develop all games in one project, but this gets very confusing very fast.

The best case would be that additional games could be downloaded later like a dlc...

Maybe someone has a hint how we could approach this problem?
