unity insanely laggy

    I've had this problem for a bit and it's only gotten worse, my computer is capable of running unity but it's rlly laggy.

    also when I go to window > build settings it says "something like "repaintAll.PlayLoopController" (roughly i don't remember exactly what it said).

    please help with this.
