Question Unity ID encountered an issue during this login attempt.

I've been encountering login issues with my Unity ID dashboard recently. I've already submitted two tickets regarding this problem. The first ticket was sent directly via email, while the second one was submitted through the web form. I opted for the second submission because I wasn't sure if the first one was in the correct format or valid. The ticket numbers are as follows: #1585655 and #1592183.

These problems started to occur a few days after I changed my Organization name and installed an app called warp+ on my workstation. Initially, I didn't anticipate any issues since the app doesn't hide my location. However, it appears that it logged me out of all my unity3d sessions, except for the forum where I recently discovered that I'm still logged in. Unfortunately, whenever I attempt to log in now, I receive an error message and I never receive a 2FA code.





As a result of these login issues, I'm unable to utilize any of the essential asset store plugins and resources for my work. I'm uncertain whether this is the appropriate forum section to address this matter or if someone else has encountered a similar issue. I've searched through the forum and the web, but haven't found any posts regarding the same problem.

I apologize if this type of post is not permitted in the forum. However, accessing my account is crucial for me, and I cannot afford to repurchase the plugins as a temporary solution.

yes, I sent an email to Unity Support and they fixed it by removing the SMS TFA.

 

I am facing the same issue. I emailed Unity Support three weeks ago but haven't received any response. My ticket number is 1601156.

 

The solution is simple, change the login method either through Google or Facebook, and if it does not work for you, contact support@unity3d.com

 

How long did it take for you to get the response, i'm so worry lol. My situation is the same where i'm still logged in the forum but fail to pass TFA everywhere else. I have submitted a ticket but i am in dire need of using some of the assets on the account, the summer sales is also about to end and i really want to purchase some assets on this account

 

Strange, I did not really encounter this problem, but I used the registration via Google and everything is fine!

Is your registered account linked via Google and Facebook, try using another browser such as Firefox or something like that, it may work.

 

Thanks for your reply, unfortunately i did not linked the account to neither Google nor Facebook or anything else, i tried to linked to Google and Apple ID only after the situation had happend and came as no surprise it did not work, it was too late. Man im so silly

Also the support ticket are linked to my old account the one I can't login in to?

Same for me. 1656301 ticket. More than a month Unity don't answer me and I can't access my account. My work is absolutely frozen, I can't access a bunch of assets that i've bought.
