Question Unity IAP 4.5.0, get : acknowledge purchases or they will be automatically refunded warning

    Hi, In Google Playstore, I got a "acknowledge purchases or they will be automatically refunded" warning from google to some of my games

    it's using:
    - Unity : 2021.3.1f1
    - IAP : 4.5.0

    additional information:
    - I don't use Codeless IAP
    - All my IAP are non consumable
    - I upload a new internal testing build, and add the Debug.Log for tracking/debug purpose in
    "public PurchaseProcessingResult ProcessPurchase(PurchaseEventArgs args)" function, and when IAP purchased it's triggered, and return the "PurchaseProcessingResult.Complete;"

    attached my IAP Codes, and the warning from google


    Any idea?

    Hi there, our IAP SDK via the package manager has an IAP example "Handling deferred purchases" that you can use/reference to handle this case for both Apple and Google.

    I have gone ahead and attached two example scripts for Handling deferred purchases for Google here.

    hi, thanks for the reply, so in other word "Handling deferred purchases" is required, otherwise I will get the "acknowledge purchases" warning?

    but I have several other games, that using exactly the same IAP code as I attached, and doesn't get the warning..

    Unfortunately, I'm unsure with regards to how Google is actually detecting and issuing warnings. It's possible that users on your other apps have not used this method of paying?

    @nerddoc001 Do you have any update on this warning? I just got the same warning even tho my IAP works all this time with no problem and I have not uploaded any new update to the Play Store.

    After checking the order management I noticed some orders are stuck in pending status from the last 3 days and that might have caused the warning, but i'm not sure since I don't have that much experience with the Play Store order management.
