Based on the video above, this isn't an issue with file permissions, disk read/write access or installation. Most likely, it's a licensing issue. If none of the solutions work, please reach out to Unity support with your logs.

This was the most insane problem I had since I started to use Unity. Thanks a lot @no4access . I've been working on this problem for the last 2 days. I tried

-Cloning the project from scratch on Git
-Cloning the project to a different folder
    -Uninstalling&reinstalling Unity
-Upgrading Unity version of the project (this actually worked but, it wasn't the best for the project)
    -Uninstalling&reinstalling Unity Hub
-Downgrading Unity Hub to an older version
    -Uninstalling&reinstalling Git and GitHub Desktop
    -Renewing my Unity license
-Trying to run programs as admin & Changing folders of installed programs
-Trying to open Unity with different environment variables

and yes the solution was enabling an ethernet connection that I don't use to connect to internet (I normally use wifi connection). WTF?!

    Thanks again!
