Unity Hub won't open project!!!! Please help!!!!

Hi.

Me and my friend were trying to share a collab project, and I had the project open on my PC, but when he tried to open the project on his PC, the project was grayed out, and when he tried to click the little cloud thing on the far right of the project button on Unity Hub, it popped up a windows explorer window titled "Choose location for new project", but that didn't make sense, since we already had the project open on my PC, and it was working fine. Please help, we have been trying to solve this for 2 days now!!!!!!!!!!!!
