Bug Unity Hub won't create new project or open old ones

Went to unity hub to create my next project, gave it a title, clicked create, the usual.
Name of the project appeared in hub, starts spinning like its loading, all looks cool.

a few minutes pass, nothing, must be taking a while.

Stops spinning, project not open.

Click on the newly created project.

"Project failed to open.
Newgamename could not be opened. Please check logs"

Ok.

Check projects folder, new project doesnt exist.

Close and reopen hub.

New project isn't there, obviously.

Retry, but same problem.

Close and reopen Unity hub, try loading old project that definitely still exists.

Starts spinning, takes ages, stops spinning, project not open, no update.

Backup my projects, uninstall and delete all unity files.

Re-download and install hub, and engine.

Same thing.

Restart computer.

No luck.

I'm out of options, please help.
