Unity Hub: "The server is currently unresponsive"

    Hi all,

    I am working from my company and ran into some problems trying to get Unity Hub to install the editor and modules onto my laptop.
    I've included a screenshot below regarding this issue:

    As you can see from the above, the snackbar shows up with message "The server is currently unresponsive".

    Is there any way to download the editor and modules using the network (probably behind a proxy, as I am able to download it through my home's WiFi).

    Any help will be greatly appreciated!

    Unity launches Unity Hub, Hub reports that the server is currently unresponsive. Yet here I am in the forums with a good internet connection... any ideas?

    Hi guys,

    I have the same issue here.
    This didn't work for me.
    • HTTP_proxy = <http proxy ip/url>:<http proxy port>
    • HTTPS_proxy = <https proxy ip/url>:<https proxy port>

    We are having the same issue at our school. I've set the envionment variables, whitelisted loads of urls I have found on all the forums. I am able to access and login to id.unity.com. We are using the latest hub - version 2.1.2 and Unity version 2019.2.3f1.

    One thing - one of our teachers had an old version of the hub on his laptop. He was able to login.
    Downloaded latest hub - unable to login - server unresponsive.

    Any solution to this?

    Even I am getting the same message. In fact, I am unable to sign in to my account.

    I'm not connected to any proxy. Actually, my proxy settings are even deactivated. I've also allowed unity through the firewall. I don't know what else I can do.
