Unity Hub Sign In Button Disabled

    Unity Hub disables the sign in button when you have multiple installs.

    When I first loaded Unity hub, I was able to sign in and run the first install and remain signed in. Post downloading a new beta build and running a project. The next time I opened Unity Hub the sign in button was disabled.

    In order to get Unity hub to sign in, I had to
    1. Close unity hub
    2. Open the new beta install and login there.
    3. Reopen Unity hub and then I was automatically signed in
    I've included 2 screenshots one with the signup button disabled and once after signin

    Thank you for reporting this bug. We fixed a similar bug recently which will be shipped in 0.13.0 (next update). Please let us know if it resolves your issue. Stay tuned for the update
