Bug Unity Hub Setup won't run.

Today I went to install unity on my computer, so I went the the webpage: https://unity.com/download, and hit the download for windows button. That gave me the UnityHubSetupBeta.exe. However when I go to run it, all it does is ask for my permission to let it make changes, I agree, and then the cursor has the blue spinning thing next to it for about 3 seconds, and then it goes away and nothing happens.
